At times questions lurk in the back of our minds when we go through hard times or have a stretch of time when nothing seems to go right . . . Does God care? . . . Is He really in control? . . . Is God really involved in the affairs of man, let alone mine?
When feeling this way read the whole chapter of Psalm 11. Verses 4 and 5 speak directly to these questions.
"But the LORD is in his holy Temple; the LORD still rules from heaven. He watches everyone closely, examining every person on earth. The LORD examines both the righteous and the wicked. He hates those who love violence." (Psalm 11:4, 5 NLT)He does rule. He watches everyone and everything very closely. So, go on trusting God He is sure, He never changes. He is your refuge and very present help in time of need.
Trust in the LORD today, lean not to your understanding and then have a great day!
